ZendrhaxCore Terms of Service
Usage conditions for the ZendrhaxCore ecosystem.
User obligations
- Protect credentials and access devices.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, limits, or permissions.
- Respect module-level and third-party usage policies.
Suspension and maintenance
- Access may be restricted for maintenance, security, or policy violations.
- ZendrhaxCore may apply operational changes to preserve integrity and stability.
Licensing, modules, and plans
- Module access depends on active licenses and assigned user permissions.
- Each module may define its own features, limits, and operational conditions.
- Premium features/integrations may require specific plan enablement.
Billing and subscriptions
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the current price at the end of each billing cycle, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Immediate upgrade (more than 7 days remaining): upgrading to a higher plan charges a prorated amount for the remaining days of the current cycle. Access to the new plan is immediate.
- No-charge upgrade (7 days or fewer remaining): if 7 or fewer days remain in the current cycle, access to the higher plan is activated immediately with no additional charge. The new plan price applies starting from the next renewal.
- Downgrade: when switching to a lower plan, full access to the current plan is maintained until the end of the paid period. The new plan and its price apply at the next renewal. No refunds are issued for the price difference in the current cycle.
- Cancellation: upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. The subscription will not renew upon expiry.
- Reactivation: a cancelled subscription can be reactivated before the paid period expires. Upon reactivation, the subscription resumes under the same conditions and renewal date as originally set.
- Free trial: trial periods grant full plan access at no charge. At the end of the trial, the subscription moves to regular billing unless cancelled beforehand.
- Payment processing: charges are processed through Stripe. ZendrhaxCore does not store card data. Stripe terms apply independently.
Service availability
- ZendrhaxCore targets high availability, but maintenance windows may apply.
- Continuous uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed in every environment/provider.
- Operators should monitor incidents and maintain proper backups.
Support and change management
- Updates, patches, and UI changes may be applied for security and product evolution.
- Operators should validate impact before deploying in high-risk production environments.
- Module updates may require process adjustments for end customers.
Intellectual property
- ZendrhaxCore software, design, and components are protected by applicable rights.
- Copying, resale, or redistribution is not allowed outside authorized terms.
- Third-party brands/content remain property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
- ZendrhaxCore is provided as an operational platform, not a guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.
- Operators remain responsible for configuration, usage, and compliance of their deployment.
- No liability is assumed for misuse, insecure configuration, or third-party noncompliance.
Termination
- Access may be suspended or revoked for violations or security risk.
- Termination does not automatically cancel obligations already accrued.
- Backup/export tasks should be completed before final closure when applicable.
