Account closure removes all workspaces you own and their app data after the configured waiting period (14 days by default). Customers and team members lose access to those services. Export what you need first.
Before requesting deletion
Cancel active paid workspace, app and bundle subscriptions in Billing and wait until cancellation is effective. A cancellation scheduled for period end still blocks deletion while the subscription is active. The platform explains the blocker and notifies you according to your privacy notification preferences; request deletion again after cancellation takes effect.
You do not need to delete your workspaces first. The last owned workspace cannot be deleted separately; use account deletion instead.
Request or cancel
Open Settings → Privacy & data → Request account deletion, read the in-page confirmation and confirm. The page shows the scheduled date in your local format. Your account and access remain available during the waiting period. Before processing begins, return to Settings → Privacy & data to cancel the request. Repeating a request does not restart its waiting period.
If you cannot request deletion yourself, support's CEO or super-admin can schedule it on your behalf. They must respect the same subscription restrictions and waiting period.
When processing finishes
You can no longer sign in. Your workspaces, their app data and owned service activations are removed; identifying profile data, access credentials and memberships are removed. Other people's accounts and workspaces they own remain.
If you acted in another person's workspace, supported business history may remain with a workspace-specific pseudonymous actor alias, shown as Deleted user · alias. The alias does not link to your profile or allow sign-in or reassignment. Copied actor name/email and actor IP are removed, but free-text content and independent business IDs are not rewritten. Older records whose actor reference was already empty cannot be rebuilt.
Limited platform commercial and audit history remains under existing retention rules. Payment-provider records and protected backups follow their own retention schedules. Registering again does not restore deleted services or data.
Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe's retention obligations. Protected backups expire under the existing schedule, no later than 30 days.
