Workspaces are more useful when other people work in them with you.
Who can invite: any member with the Admin role (which includes the workspace Owner). Members with the User role cannot invite. Inviting also respects your plan's max users cap: Free 3, Starter 10, Pro 50, Enterprise unlimited.
Step-by-step
- Open Team members while inside the workspace you want to invite to.
- Click Invite user.
- Fill in the invitee's Name, Email, and pick a Role: - Admin — full workspace administration. - User — standard member.
- Click Send invite.
There is no Operator or Viewer role at the workspace level — those exist only inside specific apps and are granted from App details after the Owner has activated the app.
What happens next
The invite flow depends on whether the email is already on the platform:
The email is already a Zendrhax user
- The user is added to your workspace immediately with the role you picked.
- We email them a workspace-invitation notification with a link to sign-in page, written in their preferred language (from their account settings), not yours.
- On their next sign-in your workspace appears in their picker.
The email is brand new
- A user account is created in a Pending state.
- We email them an activation link (the same one new sign-ups receive). Because they have no account language preference yet, this email is sent in English — like every notification to people without a Zendrhax account. Once they activate and pick a language, later notifications follow their preference.
- The activation link asks them to create and confirm their own password. There is no temporary password to discover or remember.
- After the password is saved, a guided screen explains two choices: join the workspace that invited them, or create a separate first workspace that they own.
- Joining the invited workspace gives them access only to the apps its Owner shares. App ownership and billing remain with that Owner.
- If they create their own workspace, they become its Owner, complete (or explicitly skip) the existing owner onboarding, and then see a guided workspace picker that distinguishes Owner from Member. The onboarding cannot be bypassed by navigating directly to the picker while this first-workspace flow is pending.
Status badge
On Team members each row shows a status dot:
- Active (green) — the user has clicked the activation link and can sign in.
- Pending (orange) — the activation link has not been clicked yet.
Resending an invitation
There is no Resend button in the UI today. If a team member says the email never arrived:
- Write to support@zendrhax.com and we'll resend the invitation manually. Password reset is not a substitute for the invitation activation step.
Changing a member's role
- Open Team members.
- Click Edit on the member's row.
- Pick the new role (Admin or User) and save.
Removing a member
- Open Team members.
- Click Delete on the member's row.
- Confirm.
Deleting an Active member revokes their access to this workspace. The work they produced (invoices they created, audit entries) is kept; they can still sign into other workspaces they belong to.
Deleting a Pending invite removes the unactivated account row entirely — the activation link in their inbox will stop working.
Owner vs Admin reminder
The workspace Owner is implicit — the user the platform recognises as registered owner. There is one per workspace and ownership cannot be transferred from the UI today. Write to support@zendrhax.com if you need a transfer. See How workspaces work for the full picture.
